Be prepared to bring your own luggage without assistance. Assistance to bring luggage to your room is offered once in hotel, but not to.”

“Not sure how this hotel can have such good reviews on Expedia! Hotel is ok, location is great within old town - very walkable to most attractions and metro. However the rooms are hit or miss. We had 2 "city view" rooms. One had a nice view, one had a view on wall 1m away! Curtains with holes, wallpaper falling apart in a few places. Issues with toilet. Staff helpful and it is reaonably clean but the hotel needs renovation and better maintenance. Also it was quite noisy with a private residence……
