"Overall do not stay in this house! They are scamming people! They say they are military family yet took advantage of one!! Still owe me my refund and refuse to answer VRBO to give the okay to refund my money! This place was not clean it was very unsanitary and there were drug paraphernalia in the backyard! Towels wet and dirty on the bathroom floor and one of the bedrooms the sheets were dirty in the floor claimed that the house keeper cleaned it! The pool was disgusting!! I have videos pictures...

"This is a charming house that actually is even better than the photos! Spotless and organized. Kitchen is perfectly stocked. Came with a bag of nice Italian coffee, Kurig and teas with refrigerated creamer. Bed was terrific and large. AC and Heat easy to use. Easy to find and surrounded by everything you need, like food, coffee, bagels, restaurants."

"The Treehouse at Lake Hayward has been an amazing place to stay! I have stayed at this property on more than one occasion and the host has been nothing shy of accommodating and welcoming. "This is a beautiful house on a lovely lake. It made a wonderful home base for our long weekend while we were in the area for our son's college graduation. Kris and Alan are fabulous hosts and they were readily available when a couple of questions popped up. There were so many amenities included in the house plus loads of extras like the makings for s'mores. Everything was labeled, so it was easy to feel at home. The lake is gorgeous, and there are kayaks and a canoe that guests can use, as well...

"Our stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, modern well equipped kitchen, beautiful appointments, clean everything. We had a family emergency, and the hosts were unbelievably nice and acommodating. The snow came and the hosts arranged for snow removal. Very caring and you can see a lot of effort to make guests comfortable and safe."

"Super-clean and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were all labeled-a great convenience. The house is situated in a quiet and tranquil spot, perfect for unwinding and enjoying one’s companions. Not avlocation for people who need entertainment, but want tranquility and nature. Would be great if there could be access to the washer and dryer, especially when folks are in and out of the sweet lake. The owners are extremely king and helpful."
