We had a very bad night in the hotel. The air conditioner did not work. We put three complaints and tge issue was not resolved until we left. The shower did not have had door and the drain was not draining properly.and water reached.the room. We ended up using the towels to dry the floor. We asked for new towels and told to go another hotel that 5 minutes away to pick up new towels.

The property was great in the Center of the city. This was the first time we could not get a taxi to drop us off the street is impassable to cars. Physically the room was wonderful. A nice little suite complete with laundry and kitchen. The place was very clean with many amenities provided by the hotel. The problem we experienced is that they have a problem with the water drainage system. The problem, our room smelled of sewer. This is something the hotel knows since the shower had a towel covering its drain and the windows were wide open when we checked in. We were only there for one night but this would have been a substantial problem for a longer stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe apartment, which was really small and despite being at the top four it had absolutely no view. The property is noisy, the walls are too thin and you can hear the noise from the pool or the neighbours. The reception has no waiting area, so it's a bit awkward to stand around. The apartment has amenities, like a washing machine, but nowhere to dry your clothes and no detergent and there is a coffee machine, but no capsules. You have to pay more to use the pool that you did to stay in the property itself, which is a tad annoying. The sea is a twenty-minute walk away.
