This vacation studio apartment is part of the residential complex “La Pergola” just a few steps from the lakefront of Malcesine, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Located on the second floor, the charming apartment consists of a central living room with 3 single beds, a dining table, a functionally equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, and satellite television. Outside is a private balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment complex's communal terrace, furnished with several dining tables and lounge chairs, overlooks Malcesine historic castle. There is also a communal swimming pool, which invites guests to cool off on warmer afternoons. Thanks to the property's fantastic location, supermarkets, restaurants, and stores in the town center are 250 m or a 4-minute walk away. Several small beaches, such as the pebble/grass beach Lido Paina, are located along the lakefront, which starts about 500 m or 6 minutes' walk from the property.
