This quaint studio, 1 bathroom is the perfect spot for your Mammoth

getaway…Winter or Summer and is in one of the best locations! The home has

been updated with slate tile throughout the entrance, bathroom and kitchen,

new mattresses and TVs. Cozy up in the living area around the gas fireplace

and relax watching a movie on the 60" flatscreen SmartTV. The kitchenette

features a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, and oven (please note: The

home does NOT have a dishwasher). There is even a small private gas grill on

the balcony so you can cook at home, or walk down the block and dine out at

The Village. The full bathroom has also been updated with a jet tub and

features a shower/tub combo with an additional separate vanity area for use

while the bathroom is occupied. There is a Queen bed in the living area as

well as a pull-out sofabed. Ground level entrance makes this home easily

accessible. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people, no pets and no smoking.

Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you into

town and local restaurants. Just a few steps away from the complex amenities

were you can sit and make memories with your friends and loved ones. The home

comes with two outdoor unassigned parking spaces. The Mammoth Estates complex

is conveniently located one block to The Village and entrance to the Village

Gondola. Stay close to all the action in The Village without the hustle and

bustle. The complex offers outdoor parking, a year-round hot tub, sauna, pool

(Summer only), public gas grill, recreation room, and laundry facilities. All

guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking

passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Cozy stay, perfect location for access to village and slopes!

Stayed with a 7 year old daughter and 11 year old son. The location was so convenient being 7 minute walking distance, from the the Village and Gondola to Canyon Lodge so there was no need to drive the entire time in Mammoth. Great food options near by and easier than finding parking at the mountain.
