"Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight."

"Lovely resort...wonderful 5 night stay. Staff are absolutely delightful and are definitely a highlight of our stay. We had to move bures after our first night as there was water leaking in the bathroom. Rooms are really comfortable..no need for air-conditioning at this time of the year...breeze through the screened louvres and fan was perfect for sleeping. Really loved having the outdoor shower."

From the moment we were picked up by the red boat, we were made to feel so welcome with everyone we met giving us a huge genuine grin and a “Bula”. The people, the food, the pool, the snorkelling and the glamping villas were all awesome. Simi makes the best lemon, lime & bitters at the bar. "The best stay we've experienced here in our homeland. From the amazing food to the lovely staff, there were no bad experiences at all. Travelled with 2 adults & 3 kids, including a 7 month old. We have already made plans to return next year, definitely recommend. You won't regret it! There was an activity for everyone to enjoy, this resort exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to be back."

"Our room was clean and tidy and the staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely. The issues that we did have were ; 1. that I reported a bedside table lamp as having an electrical fault on the second day. It was shorting out when I touched the switch. The reception sent an electrician, who agreed that the lamp was faulty and tried to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he removed it and said the lamp would be replaced. It was not replaced during our 10 day stay, despite numerous calls to reception about the problem. 2. There was also a problem with water not draining properly from the shower, requiring us to block the shower door with a towel to avoid excess water on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not flushing properly and the sink was not draining properly. This was reported - a plumber did come out and said it was fixed, but it wasn't. After having no response to frequent requests about the lamp, we didn't bother reporting the other issues with the plumbing. 3. The hot water was not always hot, but only luke warm 4. The internet appeared to have issues of not working - which did cause an issue for me as I had to carry out business via the internet whilst I was on holidays. 5. We didn't think that the food at the main restaurant was as good as previous years. Just not as tasty 6. The reception staff were extremely slow when you were checking in and checking out. Fiji time, but still..."

"The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"
