"My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the welcome was exceptional — we were greeted with refreshing welcome cocktails, and a staff member kindly escorted us to our room while taking care of our luggage. What really stood out was the level of care and attention: during a heavy storm, the staff even parked our car for us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view over the ocean, which made our stay even more special. At the restaurant, we were served by Kalou, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his cheerful personality. He gave us fantastic recommendations for both food and cocktails — and the food was absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated the help from the tour operator staff member, who was very kind and assisted us in choosing the different tours, making everything easy and well-organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat as soon as possible. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, amazing food, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!"

"Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10\. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . "
