“Good for holiday ”

“When arriving in the room a strong mold smell was very obvious. Because I arrived late I didnt have the energy to mention it but decided to do first thing in the morning. Staff member at desk was incredibly insensitive to the issue and obviously couldnt care less although this is a health issue. The carpet underneath the AC was soaking wet and full of mold. I was offered a new room but I had to get my stuff out immediately. I told them I couldnt as I need to attend a training and needed to……
