“The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ……

“Not being familiar with the hotel, I booked first floor ocean view. I purposly arried around 11:00 to get familiar with the hotel and view of my room. I was not happy with the first floor since the view to the ocean was fully covered by the sand doone and overgrown grass. I immediately requested a change of location. I was lead to believe that I may be able to be moved to a higher room.. Unfortunately at checking time I was assigned the original room. I requested a change to any other……

“I love it…. Quiet, clean, renovated tastefully, there is parking in the back with a private entrance to the unit, the beach is 2 blocks away, easy walk, nice quiet beach, chairs, umbrellas provided by hotel… I am going back!”
