"The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the room was updated. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but they didn't disrupt my stay. It was a quick overnight stay, so I didn't have a chance to use the amenities, but I overheard another guest saying the breakfast was quite nice."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Placemakr Arlington. The location was great for what we needed and easily walkable to restaurants and other nearby spots. The apartment was generally quiet and comfortable, although there is construction next door, and the guest bedroom seemed to hear much more outside noise than the other rooms. The apartment itself could definitely use some updating. There was an unpleasant smell when we first walked in, and the flooring had noticeable gaps throughout. There also weren’t enough towels provided for everyone staying in the apartment. The living room setup could be improved as well. There was no coffee table or end tables, making it difficult to comfortably hang out in the space, and there was really only seating for two people to watch TV. The metal blinds also need to be replaced—they didn’t close completely, which left us feeling like there wasn’t enough privacy. Overall, the location was a big plus and we enjoyed our stay, but some updates and attention to the smaller details would make the property much more comfortable."

"The hotel was clean, and the staff was good. It served its purpose for me. I did notice the shade was ripped, and the hotel is a bit noisy. But, all in all, it was fine for the price."
