“Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Check-in took approximately 1.5 hours, and after traveling with children, the last thing we expected was such a long and disorganized process. We were not given wristbands or properly informed about parking procedures. Later, when we couldn’t exit the parking area, we discovered the front desk had never validated our parking or explained that it needed to be done.
