Vacation to Manati

If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the one, the staff is great, their rooms are clean, they have a private beach, the resort is gated so only guests and employees can enter the premises. Me and my family had a great time, I definitely plan on coming back.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were amazing they had all the amities needed.

My cousin and I were visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. The AC Hotel is nice and clean, guest services was very polite and checking in was easy. We had a queen double room that was well kept, super clean with fresh linens. The hot water was perfect and so was the air conditioning. At some point we turned it off at night and it was still freezing in the room. Every thing is conveniently near the hotel as far as good food and shopping. The $45 daily resort fee was also a plus for lunch or dinner at the roof top bar. All in all this was a great stay and we definitely wouldn’t mind staying at AC hotel whenever we visit Puerto Rico again.

Beautiful hotel and clean

There were plusses and minuses to our stay. The property itself is a landmark. I wanted to stay there for years and finally had the chance to do so. I had difficulty with the shower and it took 4 tries to get someone to address my concern - including coming in from the beach twice to try to get assistance. That I thought was sub-standard and was very frustrating. The cost of food at your restaurant was, frankly, embarrassing. I have no issue spending money. That said, when I go to such an amazing property, I should not be made to feel like I am forced to leave the property to eat in order to avoid getting ripped off. A brunch buffet for 5 adults should not cost in excess of $225. At the very least, there should be a reasonable option so that if I am coming for a short stay I am not made to feel like I have to leave the property if I don't wish to do so. Lastly, the gentlemen at the door are incredible. They were informative; courteous; attentive . . . with a particular nod to Willy and especially Jimmy. Jimmy should be considered an imperative part of your company. His knowledge of the property and personable demeanor are everything you could ask for in an employee - he was expemplary. Our stay was very enjoyable - and, with just a couple of very simple tweaks, would have been or would next time meet our highest level of expectations.
