“Desk clerk was not available except after a 3-minute wait when ringing for assistance. Breakfast area never cleaned, trash can overflowing & not emptied for 4 days. Room was adequate, but only 2 sets of towels for the 4-person, 2 queen bed room. No soap or lotions except soft-soap dispenser mounted on shower wall. Very poorly managed……
