When we checked in, we were asked if we would switch our room with a king-sized bed to a room with two queen beds. We asked why and were told our room was not cleaned yet. We agreed to switch rooms. We went to the new room. When we walked in, we saw that room was not cleaned yet. We were switched to the third room. When we got to that room, it was freezing cold and smelled like fresh paint. Tried adjusting the air conditioner and could not adjust it. When I opened the drape to look out the window, I saw a big crack in one of the windows, and they were filthy. We decided we were not going to deal with the issue until we came back from our event. When we returned, we told the from desk about the issue. The front desk person came to our room and checked the air. She could not get it to adjust either. We were again moved to another room. When we left at 11:00AM the next morning, the same lady was working that had checked us in at 3:30PM the day before. She apologized to us for the night before and told us three people called in that day. We have stayed at this motel numerous times. It was a good place to stay in the beginning, but it has not been that great of place to stay latley.
