Cleanliness was suspect, we found a coffee pod left in the coffee maker, the installed hair dryer did not work and had dust and residue on top of it. When a few things are found, then the rest of the room is in doubt. Room temperature was not able to be changed. We tried to lower the the temp 77.5 degrees, rather warm. The adjusting button did not work. We had to turn on the air conditioner (in October) to get comfortable.
