“The front desk was enthusiastic and patient, the check-in was fast, and the breakfast was delicious”

“When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.”

“Hotel is under remodel everything is in bad shape. Smell among hallways paint chipped old door knobs. Doors have broken security latches. Front desk staff was new and kept apologizing on wait time check in. Avoid this at all costs”

“The breakfast room was very nice, with a good variety of food to choose from. Our room was nice. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue with our toilet. It was inconvenient to be afraid to utilize it for great it wouldn’t flush. The front desk staff asked my husband to take care of it by giving him a plunger. It felt inappropriate to ask a guest to attempt it. They didn’t have a maintenance “person” available. We ended up going down to another floor to the public bathroom. Inconvenient, like I……

“Cabin is fantastic, we saw deer every day and cows all over Host was awesome and getting to feed the Highland cows was unforgettable With limited internet and cell service it was a great few days to unplug.”
