“We decided to stay here, instead of Lynchburg TN. The host and his wife are very nice people. They are very attentive and caring. The rooms are quaint and very clean. The area is exceptionally quiet. They have a wonderful happy hour, wine and great beers on tap! They cook your breakfast in the morning fresh, at the exact time you requested. This is a wonderful place to stay and very reasonable. Driving is very easy, so feel comfortable staying here, regardless of where you're going. 🙂”

“Just another old style hotel. Water s5ains on the floor of my room. Had to soak up puddle from refrigerator. It was thawed and full of water. Took a day for it to cool. Over priced for what it is.”

“The room was clean but the floor wasn’t swept good.. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi wasn’t good . The room next door was loud and in an out . Wouldn’t have been a big deal but it was 3 o’clock in the morning . There was empty rooms on that whole side so idk why I had to be put in a room right next to an occupied room”

“Towels and sheets had several stains. Questioned the cleanliness. Tub didn't drain well at all.”

“This hotel for the price is justifiable. The room could have been cleaner & it did smell odd when we walked into our room. The bed wasn’t comfortable but if passing through & on a budget it’s fine.”

“The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester”
