“We were disappointed that we had a room on the top level , we are over 75 , have difficulty going up the stairs, that were very high steps and a bit slippery and spiral . We were fortunate to get some help from Francesca, unfortunately on the morning we left, we asked the owner for help with the luggages to be brought down and no one came , again thanks for some wonderful tourists that saw our difficulties. They were a great help to us . They too were not satisfied especially with breakfast,……
