“Room was clean. All the equipment in the fitness room worked. However, there was no water in the water machine, no towels & no sanitary wipes to wipe off the machine. When checking in there was a large group in the common area being loud & the front desk attendant was partying it up with them. It was distracting during the check-in process. There is no hot breakfast besides making a waffle. Not sure if this is just weekdays or everyday. Our key cards randomly stopped working & the front desk……

“The lobby was not well lighted at all. Apparently think this saves money, yet it keeps guests from even staying there. There are also outdated AAA rating scores with 2019 being the latest. The room was clean, but low wattage bulbs were used and it was dark as could be. Apparently this hotel was quite the property until whenever the new management took over. If I hadn't booked with Expedia (nonrefundable), I would not have stayed. The pictures on Expedia looked great, but not so much when……
