It took twenty minutes to check in because kiosk was not working properly. We saw no human people to ask questions or ask for extra towels. Made me feel uncomfortable because their was no one on the property to contact.
Good restaurant across the street; generally convenient.
Negatives: dealing with a computer; did not see a live staff person ever. Second floor, not first floor as told. Tall bed, 42" above floor not safe. Guests assigned to this room should be notified of the bed difficulties. I fell and cracked a rib and there was no one to notify. Five days later I am still sore. There was no one to help lug bags up the stairs. I would not return to this facility .
