“Extremely disappointing stay at Villa Rock Boutique Resort. This property advertises itself as a luxury boutique resort, but our experience was far from luxurious. The pool was out of service, which was one of the main amenities we were looking forward to using. The TV in the room did not work, the internet connection was unreliable and extremely slow, and the room safe repeatedly got stuck, making it frustrating to use. For the price charged, basic amenities should be fully functional and……

“It was a bit confusing to find it but the staff was very nice and help full. On the weekend nights it is noisy with all the life music but by 10:00 P.M it is nice and quiet. The room was nice and big. ”

“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on……
