“The key card system was not working upon my arrival, so I had to rely on the hotel staff to enter and exit my room. The restaurant was already closed at 9:30 pm when I arrived. I was initially told that my shirts could not be processed within the same day, but this was eventually arranged after I insisted. Overall, this was a below-average experience.”

Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus.”
