House has outside patio, private 60 ft dock (Space avail is for 27 ft. boat including engines), fish off dock. Pool & whirlpool with water falls/lighting. Parking Max 4 cars including boat trailer. Boat rentals available in the area close by also 2 Grocery stores, many restaurants, 7 Mile bridge.

Fun time in Marathon FL

We were very happy with the rental. It's conveniently located in about the center of the Florida Keys and was perfect. It's easy to get to and the rental has LOTS of amenities. I would love to go back again.
