    This newly decorated three bedroom, three bath waterfront home has a view of the water from every room. Each spacious bedroom is a private suite with its own bathroom. ALL bedrooms have king size beds with top of the line mattresses for your comfort. Along with 43 inch smart TV. Plenty of covered outdoor seating. New Tiki hut with big screen TV adjacent to custom designed, private heated pool & jetted spa. 80 ft of protected, clean deep water canal dockage has quick open water access & fishing from dock. The large protected lagoon is perfect for safe kayaking & paddle boarding. Then take a short trip out of the lagoon to a popular site for the snorkel boats. 4 Kayaks included. (650.00 Saving )

Jon and Lori were the perfect hosts and full of information about Marathon.The house was spotless with very comfy beds and an overall relaxing atmosphere. We came to fish and we were not disappointed! Very easy access to inshore and offshore fishing and dock space was excellent. We look forward to visiting again!

The place was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The space was comfortable and inviting, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The owners were extremely helpful, kind, and responsive, which made our stay even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Marathon area.

Everything was excellent: Host, cleanliness, amenities, location. Dockage, ice machine were big pluses for us. Pool, hottub, outside eating area all great. Will definitely return.

Beautiful location

This is definitely the best place we’ve stayed at for all of our trips to Marathon. It was excellent for 3 couples who wanted to get away for a week. Very relaxing.

This house was better than expected! Very clean and all the things you need for a week’s stay. Basically we needed our boat, clothes and food. The owner met us at check-in and showed us around - very unusual but a welcome surprise. The dock was huge and the canal was easily accessible from the nearest boat ramp. The pool was awesome! Beds were comfy! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The AC works great and all rooms had extra fans - that was Heavenly! I did not realize the third bedroom was separate from the rest of the house but it was ok for my adult son. Really have zero complaints! I gave three stars on price BUT not because of the owner’s portion - Vrbo has ridiculous fees and I did not realize it until after I booked.

One of the best places i have ever booked. We had a boat with us and the location was perfect! The house is fantastic, lots of space and tons of household items included. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great quality. The pool/hot tub and outside spaces were all perfect as well. Also, the beds were super comfy...I could go on and on. Will definitely book again!

The house is beautiful inside and out. Jon explained everything thoroughly and was readily available to answer any questions and gave us tips on places to eat and visit. We would definitely vacation at this house again

What a beautiful home with wonderful hosts. The house has everything you could possibly need with a fully equipped kitchen. Ate most meals under Tiki hut. Did some dock fishing and caught a Hog fish. I can’t say enough about Jon and Lori. My husband wasn’t feeling good Christmas Day and Lori brought over broth to help him. Just amazing!We loved it so much we’re thinking of renting for a month instead of just week next time.

Hosts were fantastic. Jon and Lori really cared if we were having a great time. Lori giving us a tour of the property when we arrived was great—so no surprises. The property was above and beyond our expectations. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was equipped with top of the line appliances and cookware. The home was impeccably clean and truly showed how much the hosts care about their rental home. The weather didn’t cooperate this year but the house more than made up for it. We will definitely be back!!!
