Perfect

Stayed for 5 days in April 2025. Condo was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Clean, beautiful view, great location. Walking distance to the Snook Inn which is probably the hottest spot in Marco Island and also walking to ZaZa, which was awesome authentic Mexican. We also walked to Sweet Annie’s ice cream but that was a little far. We went all over Marco and this bay section was definitely our preference over the big high rise resort section. Would 100% stay here again. Not a single complaint.

If you don't like this place, you won't like any place.

Everything was exactly as advertised and it was excellent. A delightful place extremely tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location was close to about everything you could want from a pool, dock, boat rentals, places to eat or grab a cocktail, go for a walk, whatever. The porch area was especially nice and a great place to sit with a glass of wine and read a book or just chat about your day. Nearby things worth seeing are the Corkscrew Swamp and Naples Botanical Garden.

Lovely stay on Marco Island

The condo at Riverside Club was everything it was advertised to be. It was a lovely condo, clean, nicely decorated and appointed. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided. The view from the condo was great.

Great Views and Location

The condo was quite large and perfect for two people. The quality of the kitchen was first rate and everything we needed was available. The outdoor veranda was a great place to watch the pelicans and relax overlooking the Marco River. Great place and value.

Great spot!

Beautiful little condo, exactly as advertised! Clean, tidy, well organized, nicely appointed. Location is fantastic - near to Ol Marco Village which is full of character, charm and great South West Florida Vibe. Property is older but very well maintained and quiet at night. Property manager was excellent. We had one minor issue with the lock (batteries died) and they responded immediately (at night!) and had someone there to repair it thin 20 minutes. Overall fabulous experience. We will be back.

Marco Island quick getaway!

This place is beautiful and has a great view! It was very clean. You can Walk or bike to many good Restaurants. The check in & check out was easy. We had a great time! We highly recommend this facility!

Just as expected

It was just like the pictures. Great pool, walked to breakfast, evening at Snook Inn and rented a boat from the Dolphin Marina. Condo overlooked pool from a very comfortable screened porch. Kitchen had everything you could need! Only suggestion: bathroom needs a bath mat. Other than that it was perfect!

Olde Marco at its best

We have been coming to Marco for 35+ years. We started with beachfront condos then went to homes as the family grew. This was our first time as a retired couple… and we had a blast. The Riverside Club was a perfect fit. The fishing pier s outstanding

Excellent rental property

Absolutely beautiful, true to the pictures, gorgeous view of the pools and dock. Patio was soooo relaxing. It was one of our favorite things!! Would definitely recommend it!!! Well supplied with all the necessities including beach towels, cooler, chairs and umbrella!!! W

Definitely Magazine Worthy

This condo was gorgeous! Decorated beautifully. Squeak clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would come back here in a minute!. Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Pool was clean, nice, and warm. Rent this unit! You won’t be sorry!

Christmas Trip

We had a nice stay. The dryer does not dry clothes very well. You have to do multiple cycles for a VERY small amount of clothes. The power tripped twice towards the end of the trip when we were doing laundry. The electrical box is behind a picture - wish that was listed in the binder in the condo and we could have addressed the issue sooner.

Great location

This vacation rental was amazing. The views of the water were amazing to see day and night. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing from the pier. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful property

Lovely property. However, one thing to note is the bed is extremely high. I am 5 foot 3 and don’t have any mobility issues. It would not be ideal for elderly. Also the water filter was 30 days over due to be changed

Paradise

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful trip. So much to do. Restaurants were all fabulous. This condo is beautiful as well as perfectly located on Marco Island. I look forward to going back to this property

Perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed here for our 16th anniversary (we got married on the beach in Marco so we wanted to go back to celebrate!) this condo is just adorable, it was immaculate! So many smalls things that made it feel very professional (labels on all the light switches, QR code for check out, guest book with instructions and info about the island) it had everything we needed like beach chairs and a cooler and all essentials in the kitchen, it has beautiful views and we were even lucky enough to see dolphins swim by on the morning we left, it was nice and quiet (although it was the off season) we had the pool to ourselves and the property was nice for an evening stroll around down by the docks. I would absolutely go back and I have already recommended it to my friends and family!! I’ve been vacationing in Marco for 20+ years and have never stayed on this side of the island, although you do have to drive to most places…the location did not disappoint. Great place!

I can not say enough of this place my husband and I travel a lot! This was the best. The place had everything you need from kitchen you needed for nothing ! Bed was so comfortable so clean ! Towels for beach washer an dryer the screen in deck was great having morning coffee and afternoon wine with a great view! The Decore was beautiful! I could say nothing negative about our stay! We will def be back
