"Liked the space in the room and corridors. Clean bathroom and bedding. The main restaurant is also a walkthrough to other places and the bathrooms which is not great for navigating or social distancing. Mask wearing is required but was not enforced."

"Doors are loud and heavy have to slowly shut it can hear all the doors in hall closing. Otherwise room was nice. Pillows aren’t good. $15 credit every night at the Exchange was great. Outdoor pool was nice sitting at the fire pits very relaxing. Mike Hess Brew Co. at Seaport Village has great beer and tacos we sat outside overlooking the Marina was nice. Gaslamp across st. within walking distance, tons of restaurants/bars lots of homeless and late night partiers if you’re into that college scene. Locals say Little Italy more for older crowd and Gaslamp more younger crowd and be cautious of your surroundings at night alot of crime just like any city."

"This place was perfect for us…within walking distance of the Gas Lamp, Santa Fe Station (bus stop to get us to the zoo) and the light rail. Small place but quiet and comfortable, and the property manager was very helpful. Tip: stop at Office Depot next door and get a package of bottled water (if you don’t have flasks)…beats paying $$$ for bottled water from he shops."

"The only thing I would suggest is having a no sick frying pan and a hair dryer. Other than that the place was perfect! Took full advantage of the roof top deck! Lots to do within walking distance!!!!!"
