The property is clean. Checkin no issues. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was friendly - no issues. Breakfast was good with good options. The sanitization options of the breakfast area was great. Individual wrap items and utensils are prefect. Great for helping in the prevention of germ transfers etc. I didn't get the name of the gentleman that worked the breakfast the week days of the 4th of July. He did an excellent job of cleaning and stocking the breakfast area. I'm not sure if a staffing issue but he worked alone and everything was timely replaced and refilled. One morning was very very very busy, but he kept the area clean and stock, but at one morning bc so many people came in at the same time. It was overwhelming. Seeing how overwhelming it was a guest helped to stock the yogurt-fridge. Management needs to monitor the flow of the breakfast area better. It wasn't fair for one person to be so overwhelmed.

Staff also accidentally charged me an extra for parking garage beyond what they should’ve only debited from me for the security deposit on my first day. They never even explained the cost and expect you to pay it blindly.. Thankfully caught it and shall get a refund, but wished they caught it earlier. Staff also anlso inconsistent questions to my answers about their accommodations. The front desk’s flexibility was also trash. There were two people and a second person refused to check me in while their colleague helped another guest. Ironically that staff member was willing to help another guest for something relating to my similar request. They also can’t enforce their policy at night with noisy guests. Could barely sleep overhearing noisy children while their parents took a laisse faire attitude with their offspring disturbing the peace… Those idiots can’t even give secure wifi. They wrote the network name and “password” on a card to an unsecure network. Didn’t even ask for the “password” only my room number. Never going to this hotel again!!!!
