“Very hard working dining and room staff.”

“Immaculate and well cared for, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable, and the supposedly continental breakfast came with waffles. Nice!”

“This is a funky little place where you actually check in at the BP gas station next door! The people were great, and ice was available to purchase. We were actually a tiny bit disappointed that they had done away with the striped bedspreads pictured and "upgraded" to the white duvets you find everywhere else, but that was just for nostalgia's sake. For dinner we drove to the excellent Wooden Tie Cafe, just a couple miles away.”

“Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party.”

“The room was very clean, quiet, neat, basic. It is an original motel, a good stay at a great price, and it includes breakfast at the diner! ”

“The beds were very soft, squeaky and springs in mattress caused bruising on my back. The place smelled almost like a chemical. The rooms were clean though, and the place was nice. They did have to escort a man from the facility that was either living there or who knows but he was gross and making people sick with him gagging at the breakfast table and always drinking out of a bottle of booze ”

“I booked this overnight stay due to the price and the positive reviews. While the place was clean, in my opinion, it is way past due for an update. Just wanted other travelers to be aware of that fact in order to get a more complete picture.”

“Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.”
