“La habitación estaba buena, el personal amable, solo lo del estacionamiento está muy mal organizado y publicado. Al otro día nos cobraron 30 EUR y eso no nos habían dicho el día de la llegada. De echo nos hicieron mover el carro, porque no hay señales de donde es el estacionamiento en todos los parkings del Milaneo. Luego no es seguro que le toca lugar a uno. Es suerte. Mal anunciado.”

“La atención del personal muy buena, la estación del metro y del bus muy cerca para ir al museo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, fui a recepción para informar, me dieron una explicación nada convincente ya que seguramente quieren ahorrar en energía eléctrica, me dijeron abra las ventanas y fue lo que hicimos, no es un hotel de 4 estrellas sino de 2, si le quieren ver más estrellas tendran que abrir la ventana y mirar al cielo. El precio si va de acuerdo calidad-precio. ”

"Yo solo reservé para dormir, no me la imaginaba tan pequeña pero si solo paras por ahi para dormir, es aceptable. Es un poco incómoda en el sentido que la individual la menos la cama está pegada a la ventana y no apetece subirse a la misma para abrir y cerrarla. El espacio para dejar tus cosas es casi nulo y en mi caso a la silla el faltaba una rueda. El colchón sería recomendable que lo cambiaran, del uso ya está un poco deformado. Si tienes sueño ligero quizás probar con otro tipo de habitación, en la individual por desgracia se escucha todo lo que hacen arriba, al lado... incluso escuchas toser o alarmas del móvil. Es mi experiencia en esa mini habitación individual. suerte o no. EL personal en todo momento agradable asi como limpieza. Si solo vas a dormir y por poco tiempo, no es mala opción porque está muy bien conectado. "
