Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"No issues. Clean room, quiet, comfortable and everything worked. Sink is slightly clogged and the hand soap and body wash containers were empty but I'd been told that room had not yet been inspected. I had my own amenities so no problem. "

"We drove for 6 to 7 hours to get to Storrs and there was no one to check us in when we got there. I totally understand that the check in desk staff needs to step away sometimes, but it seemed like we were waiting quite a while. I did like the grab and go muffin/danish/cereal bar."

"Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites is a great hotel that is close to the Mohegan Sun casino, the hotel has a shuttle that goes to and from the casino, it’s a great feature. The hotel also has complementary breakfast and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends."
