“If you have asthma or any health condition that is triggered by mold, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The shower grout is covered in mold, and we unfortunately noticed it the morning of check out. Was told that my stay would be refunded. After not receiving any updates, called and spoke to a gentleman name Natoya, who said that it wasnt their problem and all they would do is get maintenance to cover it up. Also told me that mo wouldn't trigger asthma,like I haven't lived with this majority of my life.……

The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”
