I love everything about this Riad. It is right in the middle of the Medina but a quiet hideaway from the chaos. Just minutes walk to everything. It is so beautiful everywhere from interior decor to the courtyard. Had breakfast with singing birds! Would come back again for sure!

Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck. The rooftop terrace offers a comfortable area to relax. Our stay at the Riad Eloise went above and beyond our expectations. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommended it to all our friends.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once...

Excellent renovation of a previously beautiful riad

Thank you so very much Fatima, Hamza, and Youness!!! The only reason we kept extending our stay at this Riad was due to the wonderful people that took care of us while I was there (they treated me like family). The service, the manager, the breakfast, the bastilla - everything was superb; even the little kitty cat that the Riad adopted made my stay there happy. This place is beautiful, I could not stop taking pictures. The staff is amazing and super helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great, a couple minutes walking from the souks. Would definitely recommend staying here.
