These spacious villas feature separate living and dining areas for a home-like feel, along with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The resort includes four pools and multiple hot tubs for your enjoyment. The Unit Bedroom: 1 King sized bed, TV Living Room: Queen sized sofa sleeper, TV Fully equipped kitchen Dining area with large dining table, sofa, and chairs Private balcony or patio Washer and dryer Complimentary WiFi The Resort Parking Complimentary, first-come first-serve. Up to 2 vehicles with free permits issued by the front desk. Resort Amenities Shadow Ridge Golf Club Four large pool areas (including one adults-only) Hot tubs Poolside Bar & Grill Fire pit The MarketPlace (snacks, cold drinks, ice cream, necessities) On-site restaurant Tennis courts Volleyball Fitness center Guest Access Check in just like at any hotel/resort, with full guest privileges. A government ID/passport matching the VRBO reservation name is required The resort is cashless. Guests must be age 21+ to check in. If the named guest is under 21, check-in will not be allowed and no refund will be given. Pools and hot tubs are open until at least 10 PM (subject to resort policy changes). Unit Assignment & Check-In You’ll receive your resort confirmation after booking is complete on VRBO. Marriott staff at the resort handle all check-in formalities.
