"Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta."

"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"Very large apartment, very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Collect key from Relax hotel 5 mins away but no great issue. Tiled floor means lots of noise coming down from room above - kitchen chairs being moved by folk returning 2am created alot of noise. earplugs meant a decent night sleep/"

The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. "The apartment was perfect for what we wanted- beautiful view, spacious enough for 2, really comfy beds and even a dishwasher! The team that look after the apartment were incredibly responsive to any questions and even helped us out at the last minute with organising the airport taxi when our original taxi let us down.
