"Didn't know we had to go to the hotel next door to check in. Luckily a guy outside the extended stay unit told us. The first room we were given was not clean or ready. Sam apologized and was very helpful getting us a different room. The rooms themselves had lots of appliances, which were a plus. The light switch outside the bathroom was something to get used to but this is a place we would stay at again,"
