“The room was clean but outdated. No usb to charge phones and no smart tv. The remote to the tv didn’t work had to used a direct tv on the back of the tv to turn the channel. The night staff was RUDE. We travelled with littles and one of them locked us out of the bathroom. Called front desk and was told no maintenance on site so we may have to move then came with a screwdriver and opened the door and stormed out. We were obviously an inconvenience to her. Breakfast bar was good. Pool was cold.”

“There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour. The staff's response was: "There is the season......" Request full refund damage.”

“We booked this room for 6. When we arrived we had one queen and one twin bed pull out. When we talked to staff they said there was nothing they could do and it was Expedias problem. I asked if they could give us a roll away, but they wanted to charge us additionally. Not very understanding. I would not stay here again.”

“Very dirty. Happy in the shower. Stained sheets and box spring mattress. Dirty sticky floor. Hallways very dirty. Building is really falling apart. Parking lot has huge holes. It looks like they have started some remodeling of rooms. Mattress was comfortable.”
