“While the space had some newish features, there were many problems. The check-in is not on site and half a kilometer away...not easy with bags and kids. Inside there were lights that didn't work, door knobs that were broken, bed bugs in the couch, the washing machine leaked, etc. I tried to contact the managers through both Whatsapp and the other provided number and never could get in touch or get a response. Really bad service and attention.”

“De ligging van het hotel is perfect. De kamers zijn schoon maar erg sleets. De airconditioning deed het niet waardoor het ‘s nachts erg warm was. Ook de ventilatie in de badkamer deed het niet. De kamer is in 3 dagen niet schoongemaakt en de handdoeken niet ververst. Het ontbijt was voldoende. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De algemene indruk is matig.”

“I feel difficult to select a hotel in Vieux Port that is within my budget. This hotel is at an excellent location and the condition is acceptable. I live on 4th floor having lift. My room is large with kitchen. Besides kitchen and sofa, other things in my room is clean and tidy. No daily cleaning service, hence remember to keep your room tidy up.”
