"Wow! I had a great time. The host and his family were incredibly nice and helpful. The host is on a nearby property, and we communicated through whatsapp. He was very prompt about any issue, request, and question. The wifi worked great. So did the AC. And also the hot water. Just one key thing to note: they only accept cash payments, even if you booked online through a site like Hotels.com. So be prepared with cash when you leave.

Beautiful setting and location. This place is fantastic with a relaxing atmosphere, great service but not overdone, with a sense that you are more of a guest at a home stay. The food is really great and they will help you and your partner celebrate a birthday or other event, but not a place to go and party down if that’s what you want.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and they loved this hotel. Short 5 min walk to Ahungalla Beach. ~ 15 min tuk tuk ride to Galle Fort. ~ 10 min tuk tuk ride to a sea turtle hatchery. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and my kids (age 10, 9, 7 and 5) loved the pool and watching the monkeys jump by through the trees overhead. The food was great and the staff was super helpful and friendly.
