“This property is a bit tucked away and not the easiest to access, but once you arrive, it’s well worth the journey. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from the main road is a thoughtful touch that makes getting around much easier. Breakfast is simple but satisfying, providing a good start to the day.”

“What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill.
The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but……
“We were disappointed with Sandy Bliss. We booked a Superior Double with a King bed and Sea Views - our room was an obstructed/partial sea view, but mostly street view with significant street noise. (photo). The hotel is set behind another building, so few rooms will have unobstructed views as advertised.
I requested to move to a sea view room but was told this was the room I booked, despite the clear discrepancy between listing and reality. They eventually offered a room with a better sea view……
“We stayed around a week with a family (a kid and partner). The location is excellent, slightly elevated above the main road, which means there is no traffic noise. The beach is within easy walking distance. The balcony is spacious and offers an amazing ocean view. Parking space is available if you have vehicle.
The swimming pool is located at the back of the property and opens into a forest‑like setting, filled with nature and the sound of singing birds. The property also has a pleasant on‑site……
