"I would give the service at this place 10 stars out of 5 if I could! We arrived at some random bus stop in the bottom of town because their main station is closed for remodeling, so I didn't really know where we were when I called the shuttle. Nino just asked me the name of the street & came to get us.
By the next morning, we had fallen in love with the town and changed our itinerary for the rest of the trip to spend more time in Matera, but they didn't have space for us to stay longer. They called around and found us a place at another amazing hotel. When it was time to check out, they had it all arranged to simply simply transfer our bags and pick up new keys at the other hotel.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were huge, clean and very unique. Very cool hotel in an amazing town.

"This place was magical. The Spa was an amazing place, my wife and I had the best massages and treatments of our lives. The pools were wonderful. Cosimo in the restaurant was amazing. He made our dinners so much fun. The food and drinks were the best. The area and the views were so unique of a place. The staff gave us great places to eat and shop during the day. Matera is a must see destination. "

"The location is perfect, the hotel is lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only criticism, would be better if the roof terrace was accessible during the day.
I intend to return in the near future if I can "
