"Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. "

"Tthe history of the property itself was amazing. Not to mention the surrounding area. The house was near to the community but also far enough out to be very quiet and peaceful. We loved the open floor plan of the main level but if you have issues with mobility, accessing the stairs to the second floor may be an issue. "

"DO NOT BOOK! I booked this condo September 5. Then on October 1, she sent a message and said that the place was no longer available. She took my money and I didn’t have a place to stay on my vacation with my children. I sent her a message immediately requesting my money back on October 9. She has not responded.I didn’t know anything was wrong until I went into VRBO to message her to ask how to enter the property. I even got a confirmation from VRBO about my stay when I booked it and then again...
