"From beginning to end, my family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Conveniently located close to Busch Gardens, Water Country, and the Outlet Mall. The hotel was immaculately clean. You can take your pick between the indoor/outdoor pool and or hot tub. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good, I’ve never been a huge fan of hotel breakfasts or buffet styled meals but I was actually impressed. The dining area was well stocked and kept pretty tidy. The food was pretty scrumptious as well, so that’s a plus!! My check in was smooth, thanks to the Hilton app and front desk. I truly appreciate all of the help from the young man, Parry!! He was absolutely a delight after traveling with children for half the day. He greeted me with such a warm welcome and explained everything to a T. Tbh, every staff member I encountered was very friendly and willing to help. Housekeeping was awesome along with the kitchen staff!! The parking lot can get pretty filled, but it wasn’t a huge deal breaker for us. Take it, from a mom of four, I felt very safe and experienced such great customer service that this will forever be our new go to hotel when traveling in the area!"

"Check in was quick! It was only a 1 night stay but my son snd i had a giod stay. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shower only complain was shampoo provided was empty but we made do! Breakfast was the normal fare but saved us having to eat out for all meals."

The hotel was clean and quiet, and everything worked as it should. Nothing overly fancy, but it got the job done. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"The rooms smelled distinctly of smoke despite the non-smoking requirements. I thought that the lights were broken, but it turns out the person before us had just wrapped the smoke detectors with bags so that it would not be detected. Makes me question the cleaning staff…"
