“Lovely little base for exploring everything the Lakes has to offer. Apartment lovely and clean, and ideally located with several shops and eateries nearby. Parking was fine for us with it being a quieter time of year (street parking) but I would imagine this would be a bit trickier in the busier months. “Comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom lodge with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, parking space. Very kind owners always ready to talk. Property surrounded by a beautiful nature - green hills, farm animals. Not far are nice trails for hiking. Kendal is only 6 miles away. I recommend this place and I want to come back in the future.”

The location was great for access to bowness and the lakes, we had a great long weekend away and really enjoyed our stay.Liam was very helpful and immediately sorted out a minor problem with the boiler and with the instructions to access the property. These weren’t his fault - vrbo seems to stop people sending links to external documents in their messages so I couldn’t access the document with the……
