"This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean."

Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.

First time in Maui and first time staying at the Four Seasons and the experience was awesome. Hotel and staff are very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Complimentary bottles of water and Nespresso coffee/tea available in the room. Also, complimentary juice and water available in the lobby.. Resort has a adults only pool section for those that want to relax and want a quieter environment. The beach is very clean. Staff is always there to help and setup pool/beach chairs. This was the best vacation ever. My wife and i actually went to Maui to get married. The room was amazing. Staff was great.... (shout-out to KK) for recommendations on places to go and eat. We will definitely be back next year for our 1 year anniversary!

This place is absolutely magical. Perfectly situated on the most beautiful oceanfront property among lush gardens and swaying palm trees. It indeed feels like an exclusive boutique hotel. The service was stellar, the plentiful and delicious buffet breakfast should not be missed, the spa is dreamy, and the pools and private beach are glorious. The only downside is that 2 of the 3 restaurants on-site are specialty, signature restaurants, leaving only one option for more standard fare, and the...

Beautiful and well maintained property. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all. The hotel itself is lovely, and the surrounding grounds even more beautiful. We are average Joe kind of people, yet felt like we were treated like royalty. Because of the sacred burial grounds, beach access is either by walking a distance, or the hotel provides transportation via golf carts to and from, but that was only a minor inconvenience in my opinion.

We love the Sheraton! We stay there every year for our anniversary! Sheraton is walkable to Whalers Village and also has a couple of great dining options. The staff are very welcoming and the oceanfront deluxe room is to die for! Be back next year!

Napili Village Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to have a nice and relaxing vacation. My room was very spacious...with a balcony, big windows, big bed plus a day bed, and kitchen. it has its own parking. it's like a 2 minute walk to Napili Bay beach...which is awesome (nice calm waters...good for swimming and snorkeling). it is also just about a 5 minute walk to Kapalua Bay beach (also just as beautiful as Napili Bay beach). there's a cafe and snorkel rental shop next door, which is...

Fantastic resort. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful pool and beach. Rooms were great. Didn’t leverage restaurants as reviews were not stellar and far overpriced ($50 for a bowl of pasta?). Only negative is they felt understaffed. For example quick breakfast place to grab coffee, sandwich, etc was always busy with 10 people in line and took 30 mins. Poor staff their tried there best and super nice, but they needed more help as that’s a silly wait for coffee
