"Superb property in every way. Great to stay away from the hustle and bustle of San Juan.The ocean view was incredible and the waves lulled us to sleep every night. The ocean breeze kept us cool night and day, but it was great to have the air conditioning in each bedroom.The beach was wonderful. Just a five minute walk and then a gorgeous expanse with lush greenery. We had small children, and we were pleased to see that there was an area of the beach that was surrounded by some rocks that made the perfect place to play with the kids.The pool area was lovely as well and very private. Perfect for the little ones. The house is well stocked those like us we want to cook. There is an extra refrigerator. And having a washer and dryer available was a real plus for our family. Elizabeth our host was gracious in every way. This vacation property ranks at the very top for us of all of our Many trips. P.S. don’t ignore Elizabeth’s recommendation on where to get the best piña colada with the best view in the area."

"We truly enjoyed our stay! Ricardo, Donna, Joseph, and the entire family were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The views are absolutely stunning. While the steep driveway was a bit nerve-wracking at first, once you conquer that initial fear, it’s a breeze! You can tell the property was once a truly magnificent estate. I would have loved to see photos of it in its prime, but even so, it remains a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect—an easy drive to the beaches, the Lechon Highway, and San Juan. Plus, if you enjoy cigars or a great drink, the cigar shop in town (just 7 minutes away) became our favorite daily nightcap.""

"Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars. "

"Everything is great! The kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was awesome. We spent a lot of time under the gazebo. Played cards every night on the back porch. The beds were comfy. There is nothing wrong with the place. Thanks for such a great vacation"
