“Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Property was located right on the beach excellent location to all local attractions. Went with my husband and daughter. Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. In fact they even let us leave our car in the car park even after we had checked out, so we got the extra parking for the rest of the day. Will definitely……

“Clean, service good, good place ”

“We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd……

“A very classic English hotel with a new renovation. Excellent service. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The restaurant's view is stunning especially during summer sunset. ”

“Booked 3nights, Only stayed 2. General condition I felt was poor. Macerator toilet noisy for most of night. Location is good though.”
