“Small”

“The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, though in need of a few bits of maintenance (loo roll hooder rusty and broken, water in the sink due to the plug not staying out, loose socket by the bed). The bedding was clean and there were a good selection of pillows with different hardness. The mattress was a little thin but ok. The room got cold in the evening but there was an electric radiator in the cupboard. The front was within a few minutes walk so convenient. I……

“A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. “A very classic English hotel with a new renovation. Excellent service. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The restaurant's view is stunning especially during summer sunset. ”

“Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”
