"When we arrived our room had no towels, no soap, TV didn’t work and the wifi was non existent. When the front staff were notified they offered no solution just told us that everyone was experiencing the same. No mention of a manager to talk to. Very disappointed"

"First of all my husband had to sleep on the floor on a mattress because the owner said the previous renters trashed the place « I wondered why ». We were lenient and waited as was told that a mattress for the futon would have arrived from wayfair by the second day out of the four that had rented ..."
