“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards.
Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde.
Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again.”

“Area is super nice, easy access to two lovely beaches. And bus interchange a 10 minute walk to get you all over the island. Perfect solo holiday. Great staff member at the counter I presume is the owner; super friendly and welcoming. The place is a 2 star hotel so don’t expect it to be amazing, but it was comfortable and I loved my time there! “The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place.
