"Clean room"

"Had to change rooms because the air conditioner was making a loud buzzing sound every time the fan turned on. Lamp on desk did not work. Several outlets did not work. No milk for cereal at breakfast on Saturday….the manager “forgot” to get it?? Ice maker on the floor broken, questionable man trying to sleep in the stairwell. Hallways vey dark. Will not stay again. "

"at no fault for the Hotel , but there was cannabis smell everywhere.. so 3 star ⭐️ "

"The room was very nice and clean. Very comfy bed. The only complaint I have was the "buffet breakfast " it lacked at to be desired. Not much of a buffet!"

"Checked in and notified attendant we would need the 5:30am airport shuttle. Bed was comfortable but next to the pool which stays lighted all night and the curtains didn’t fully block it out. Arrived in the lobby at 5:29 to see the shuttle leave the parking lot without us. The attendant was unconcerned and stated “that’s why we tell you to arrive early”. An unanticipated delay and $15 uber ride. Not happy. "
