"Clean, shuttle was fast"

"Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was meh. Stayed there for four nights. Two of the four, the bed was not made. There was food stain on the bathroom light switches which was not cleaned at all during my stay. It would be nice if they wiped down the handles, switches etc. with antibacterial wipes."

"The rooms were clean, there was construction going on which we knew about. We just didn’t know that it closed down more than it said on the website. Our room wasn’t very quiet not even due to the construction, but just due the fact that apparently it was right next to like every AC unit that runs the whole building, no reason to have a balcony on a room that you can’t even go out on the balcony because it’s so loud due to the HVAC, buffet was OK"

" I checked in on Friday, April 17, 2026. When I got to my room, room 103, I found that the television wouldn’t come on and there was what appeared to be a hole in the chair in the room. The staff came and fixed the television. Later that night when I went to bed I discovered the mattress had a divot in it causing the mattress to be slanted. Sleep was uncomfortable. I asked staff for another room on Saturday and was told the hotel was full. Later I went to the ice machine and it was disgusting. It looked filthy and there was no way I would use it."

"Breakfast was fresh but areas weren’t kept clean enough for future visitors. I.e. spills wiped up, super clean, clean tables. This needs attention especially on busy weekends. "
